Our Return & Exchange Policy:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item.
• We do not charge restocking fees.
• We cover return shipping costs.
• You’ll receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges, once the return is processed.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. Choose Your Option
   • Let us know if you’d like a return or an exchange. Once confirmed, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
3. Send It Back
   • If a return is needed, simply pack the product securely, attach the label, and drop it off with your local carrier. We’ll take care of the rest.
   • Lightly used items are eligible for return, so you can try us risk-free.

Gift Returns or Exchanges:

• If you received a Sky and Sol product as a gift, please contact us through our email support@skyandsol.co. We’ll be happy to help you exchange it or issue a gift credit.

Processing Time:

• We typically process returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your request.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
